Law Students

All law students must fill out a moral character application. It is perhaps the most important part of the admission process. If you are expecting any problems, or if you get follow up letter for further explanation, you should probably hire counsel.

Registered In House Counsel

If you apply to be RIHC in California, you have to submit a moral character application. You don't get a free pass because your home state admitted you. Passage of time does not eliminate the need to explain past issues
