Suing options impersonator "lender" for fraud foreclosure

Foreclosure fraud on the part of the lender provides homeowners with defenses and affirmative claims against the lender/servicer.
Such fraud includes:
-Fraudulent foreclosure filings where the bank/servicer does not own the loan at the time of the foreclosure lawsuit and hopes to later gain standing through a belated assignment or transfer.
-Robo-Signing, where the lender/servicer executes hundreds to thousands of documents in a short period of time without confirming the facts stated in the documents.
-VP for a Day, where an attorney for the lender acts as the lender by signing Assignments of Mortgage or Transfers which purport to convey the mortgage to the plaintiff.
