How Will I Know My Bankruptcy is Over?

The bankruptcy court will send you information letting you know the status of your bankruptcy case. Traditionally, after going to the creditors' meeting you will receive a discharge and then a final decree. Your bankruptcy is not complete until you have gotten the order from the court closing your bankruptcy case.
