Review Form I-90
Go to the USCIS website and print out a copy of Form I-90. Review this form carefully and gather all the information and documents you will need to complete this form online. (See 1st web link below.)

Set Up E-Filing Account
Go to the USCIS E-Filing page and click on the "I am a new user link." Create an account. (*Click on the password hyperlink and read those instructions carefully. The password requirements are stringent)

Complete Form I-90
Select Form I-90 from the drop down menu and click "GO" Fill out the information requested in the online form. Fill out the certification page and check the box at the bottom that says "I intend to mail supporting documentation for this application." Enter your payment information and pay the required fee. You will receive a confirmation page when you submit the application. Print this out for your records and follow any additional instructions on this form.

Go to USCIS Appointment
The USCIS will mail you a notice to appear to have your fingerprints and photograph taken. They will then process your application and mail you your new green card.
