1. Do a Durable Power of Attorney for Financial Decisions (to cover you, if you get really sick);
2. Do an Advanced Health Care Directive, for the same reason; and
3. Do either a Will or a Living Trust to provide for the smooth transfer of your assets to your beneficiaries upon your death.
