Give your driver's license, registration, and insurance, but decline to give any other information. 4. If you are arrested, keep quiet. 5. Call Rosenthal & Heymann! 2
DMV ProtocolIf you chose to take a breath test and blew a .08 or greater you must request a hearing within 7 days of your arrest. If you refused a breath or blood test you must request a hearing within 7 days of your arrest. If you chose to take a blood test you do not have to do anything right away.
