Minister's Approval of Rehabilitation

The Inadmissibility Status can be removed by applying for a Minister's Approval of Rehabilitation. After five years have elapsed from the termination of probation, this process can be initiated. The probationary period in Washington State for a DUI is at least two years, up to a maximum five years. The court usually imposes the maximum five years of probation. At the conclusion of probation, you must wait another five years before petitioning for a Minister's Approval of Rehabilitation.
