Jail?If your BAC was over .2, the statute says that you must serve a minimum of 10 days in jail. There are alternatives however. You might be eligible for in home detention , a work release program, or even no jail. 2
InterlockYes, probably. If your BAC was over .17 and you lose the DMV hearing you will have to use an interlock for at least two years.
