STOP confessing to crimes on public websites such as Avvo.com. Stop posting incriminating photos on social networking sites such as MySpace and Facebook. You are risking severely handicapping your defense if law enforcement and/or the prosecution gains access to your page or post.

Save the full-blown confessions for your spiritual advisor and/or criminal attorney, if even them! There are no privacy rights associated with this website.

We all know how difficult it is to be in the position of one criminally accused, but you must be smart about what you say and who you say it to or even where it is said. What feels good getting off your chest at the time may come back to haunt you, and your defense attorney, in the future.
