Sexual Assault Victims as all Crime Victims have certain legal rights in Texas designed to offer some measure of protection from their assailants. Most of these rights can be found in Chapter 56 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure. This 13 minute video was produced by the CRIME VICTIM RIGHTS COMMITTEE OF THE STATE BAR OF TEXAS.
