Complying with E-Verify and I-9 Regulations

E-Verify is a free to use internet-based system, owned by the Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration. It is used by employers to verify whether an employee is authorized to work in the U.S. Generally, the use of E-Verify is voluntary and limited to determining the employment eligibility of new hires only.
