Be sure to report all three actions to the FAA.

Be certain to report to the FAA within 30 days all three actions involving your drivers license.
First, the taking of your license at the time of the stop and receipt of the temporary license;
Second, the result of any court action;
And, last any DMV suspension.
Be sure to mention that the various actions are all related to the same stop.
Failure to report any of these actions will result in the suspension of your flying privileges.
The information must be disclosed on the application for a Medical Certificate.
