Under Arizona law, certain types of actions can get individuals in trouble for domestic violence. Some of the criminal offenses that can be considered acts of domestic violence include:

  • Assault

  • Aggravated assault

  • Child abuse

  • Dangerous crimes against children

  • Disorderly conduct

  • Endangerment

  • False imprisonment

  • Harassment

  • Kidnapping

  • Stalking

  • Surreptitious photographing

  • Violating an order of protection or restraining order
