An Insurance Policy is a Contract
We all go through life buying an insurance policy of some sort, whether we are 16 and buying our first auto insurance policy because we're told it's the law or buying life insurance to secure our future. But sometimes that insurance coverage is not honored or some reason. We never think that after years of paying for insurance it would not be covered. Consumers or businesses want to think it's not just assurance for us as individuals or companies to have bought an insurance policy but also it's reassurance of a contract that is binding and shall be satisfied if it is a covered claim.
