The date of my court have been changed and now I have to extend my work authorization for 4 more month. Do I have to pay a $380 fee?

Unfortunately, yes. Also, it is likely that your court date will change again. Here in Houston, we have had a few judges retire recently and one of the non-detained docket judges will be moving to the detained docket. As a result, this judge's cases will be redistributed to other judges, which will most likely delay all cases currently in the Houston Immigration Court.
