   Answered November 13, 2012 11:28. I would need to know more. Cancellation of removal is a serious defense from removal that you ask before an immigration judge. Maybe you should consider an in person consultation.

   You need to consult with an experienced immigration attorney in your area. Make sure that you bring all your immigration and criminal records with you. The attorney will be able to determine what can be done (and if you qualify for cancellation of removal).

   Remember to find someone who deals with deportation/removal and criminal cases.
