I got a position of clinical research coordinator which is a paid one and I am on B1/B2...
so they are ready to offer me visa even. But which visa would be preferred J1/H1B?
Is it okay to get on J1 (but i dont know what sponsor organization i have to choose?)
Quite a bit depends on more factors than you have stated.
It would be best if you and the research organization spoke to an attorney, to balance out the options.
Many of us use Skype for this type of meeting.

H-1B is probably better. Depending on your circumstances, change of status to a J visa may subject you to the two-year foreign residence of INA 212(e).
