What is my responsibility for fees to a court appointed Attorney in an Emergency Guardianship and Conservatorship case as ward?

Attorney has billed me an large bill associated with his fees stating that he may get $75.00 for the entire transaction from the court. I had no control over his time, fees, and contracted with him in no way.

    Answered . If the court ordered that counsel be appointed and ordered that you were responsible for the fees, you are. Since you have given no details as to how the lawyer was appointed, how large is "large" or what happened in the case there is no way to fully answer you.
