  1. Best answer

Your maximum sentence is 3 years in prison if charged as a felony.

  2. Jail time, probation violation if still on probation, restitution. In short, nothing good. Best of luck.

  3. If you are off Probation, it may be possible to keep you out of State Prison. However, there may be possible defenses to your case. Also, the dollar amount of the fraud plays a large role in determining what may happen to you. If you are interested in a consultation, feel free to give me a call.
