The naturalization officer told me that my mother will be back for a second interview in less than 90 days. The explained reason was that she could not comprehend the questions, regarding her trips outside the US, well. Her language skills won't change much for 3 months. She is 70 years old, and even if she tries hard to read and learn, she doesn't have a natural environment to practice the language. I am not sure what can be done to pass the interview.
Thank you in advance!
