What can we do when our brother is not selling mothers house as stated in her will?

Everything has been settled except for selling the house and our brother keeps coming up with excuses as to why he will not try to sell. It has been over 4 years

You may petition the court to force the sale. You will need an attorney to do this. Sometimes the threat of litigation will be enough to get things moving. Consult a probate lawyer.
