    Lawyer agrees

Answered . Dismissal may not be possible. It will depend upon the prosecution. However, if you hire an attorney, your chances are increased and the outcome could be reduced so that you could have the case expunged in 2 years. Please hire a lawyer.

Answered . The chances of getting the case dismissed are stronger if you are represented by a criminal defense attorney. While the amount stolen is relatively small, it is not a factor considered by the prosecution in such proceedings. Good luck!
