I qualify for the differed action aka dream act. I know I will get accepted. The thing is I was already in process of fixing my status through my husband who is a us citizen. that's why I didn't apply. The thing is, that I'm in the final step for a visa. I have a visa interview in mexico. I'm scared of not being accepted and missing out on the differed action. what can I do? if anything to have my visa interview here in the us?
