I am currently employed on H1b visa with an employer in USA. I am seeking to apply for PR canada and wondering if that visa/program is still open ?
From what I recall , if someone meets the eligigbilty criteria(federal skilled workers) set forth by canada immigration deptt it is fairly easy to obtain PR.
P.S: I am an indian citizen
You may want to reach out to a Canadian immigration attorney. Most of us here are US licensed attorneys.
This is not legal advice and a client attorney relationship is not created. For a free consultation call (718)234-5588.
This is a question to be addressed to a Canadian immigration lawyer. Not here on Avvo, since we are all US immigration lawyers only and do not know anything about Canada's immigration laws.

You need to consult with a Canadian immigration attorney. I recommend Andy Semotiuk.
