The house that I rent has been red tagged what are a tenant's rights

I rent this house. It was red-tagged. On the red-tag it says I have 30 days to move. My landlords are being no help getting this resolved. I have no money or way to move by the date. Does the city of Lansing have to legally evict me or can they make me move the day the notice is dated for?
