Stolen oil and gas royalties, illegal aquisition of oil and gas royalties in WVmy two brothers became our mom's guardian at two separat times. the first brother stole my youngest brothers's gas and oil rights from our old hous in wva and hooked it up to his new house. my second brother charles had mom sign over her oil and gas rights from her dad, how can i get these rights and royalies put back into my brother and mom's names who they belong too rightfully Attorney answers (1)
