Retro money from SSI

They are going to do a SSI review soon, next month is my other installment for retro money. What if they decide to discontinue my SSI? What do I do about the retro money about making them pay?

    Answered . You will still receive the money you were awarded retroactively. Those funds were determined to be owed and that question is answered. The review is simply to determine if you are still eligible.

    Answered . Termination is prospective. Retroactive benefits are not affected.
