Our property is classified as commercial for taxes and 3 appeals denied. The area is residential and no commercial allowed.

Where can we turn for assistance. We have Building Dept (BSA) permission to build residential and refusal of permission to build for commercial. Property is not in use due to this conflict. We now plan to build residential, but who can we ask for a reclassification (after 3 refusals) to residential and re-evaluation of several years' tax assessments based on the incorrect commercial classification ?
