Assuming this is not covered by your rental agreement, then you should consider notifying them in writing to cease and desist. In some jurisdictions, you could withhold the cost from your rent, or pursue them in small claims court for the costs and an injunction to make them stop, but doing either will likely deteriorate your business relationship severely and you have to evaluate if it is worth pursuing.
