My ex pays me around $1000 less child support and spousal support per month due to Disso-master calculations.

it lower my child support , while it benefits payee retirment ages. Is there anyway I can get that money back or I get credit for it on his retirment? I am in the early stages of legal separation/divorce and really need that support until I can find a job and boost my education in order to gain my standard of living back. Please give me full advice

There is no way to advise you if we cannot understand the question. At least meet with an attorney so he/she can find out what you are trying to accomplish.

Speaking with an attorney in person does wonders for clearing up questions. Seek a consult with a local attorney.

Best of luck to you.
