Expert Advice When You Need It Most

My employment revolves around favortism is so real, it seriously got me stressed..Do i have a case for discrimination?

First, let me start by saying i'm pushing 3years in the field. 1st time suspension my supervisor exaggerated how i fell asleep hard and wouldn't wake up, which in reality i noded for a second due to the drowsiness of my meds of a TB shot THEY GAVE ME and broke me out in hives..i even brought my doctors notes, medications, and they were even awared i was in hives due to their needle. They still supended me for negligence,,hence im awared the same supervisor seen ppl sleeping and she just laughs at em.
2. I seen my own feedback ratings, theyre superb, even the Doctors for assisting clients told the company im the best one, they still give me low bonuses below my superb status.
3. Now theyre harrassing to fire me for xtreme latenesses, even tho alot are just hear-say with no proof

Additional information
Even the manager herself comes in 20minutes past her time, but she harrasses me for hearsay of 5minutes late due to a backedup traffic accident. Yet, im VERY awared others comes in later but doesnt get the same 3rd degree.

4. i also faced a situation of administratvie suspesion for something none of the administratives wouldnt tell me the reason because it was under investigation. 2weeks later the accusations was found false and they still wouldn't tell me why i got suspended for and it was supposedly confidential withing administration. When i finally go back to work, ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES KNOWS the reason for the suspension and it embarrassed me for two reasons..1) i was the last one to find out 2) Made me feel people might have wrongful thoughts of me for something i was accused for, yet not even questioned in order to proceed to an investigation....yet, another employer who got caught redhanded for the samething i got accused for kept his job....am i discriminated?

If you have a discrimination theory about retaliatory discharge or hostile workplace conditions you'll need a lawyer. Religious belief, age, gender, race etc. all are discriminatory reasons for which you cannot be legally fired and upon which you might base a wrongful termination suit.

If you are an at-will employee, you can be fired for any reason or no reason, except unlawful discrimination. If you do not have an employment contract or union to represent you, your recourse is limited. Discrimination based on age, gender, race, religious beliefs etc.... may give rise to a different answer.
