My h4 is expiring on aug end and i 94 will expire on 1st week of sep.

my h4 i expiring on aug end and i 94 will expire on1st week of sep2013. i have to travel to india on may 2013 for 1 month. will there be any problem at the port of entry as my visa will get exported after 2 months on my reentry to US. also my husband changed his employer recently. but my h4 visa still has his previous employer name. will that also be a problem. what all docs should i carry with me while i travel.
