Municipal Ordinance and Job Application Question.

Asked over 2 years ago - Secaucus, NJ

My charge went down from shoplifting 4th degree to municipal ordinance. When I fill out a new job application and where they ask me in the application:"Have you ever been convicted of a crime?", Should I answer that question Yes or No?
Thank you.
