   Answered February 20, 2013 09:49. I am not for sure, but it sounds like he is trying to convince the Court that he is a Sovereign Citizen. The Sovereign Citizen movement claims that they are not subject to the laws of any state. There is much more to their beliefs, but the Court will not likely find this argument persuasive if that is what he is doing. Again, I do not know without more information, but that is what it sounds like.
