I plead no contest to resisting arrest without violence about 3 years ago. I have been filling out applications to get on with a fire department and a question that keeps coming up is "Have you ever been convicted of a misdemeanor directly related to employment sought" and I was just wondering if what I did falls into that category and what some examples of this may be? Thank you.
