i have been in chicago for more that 21 years i did not finish high school due to personal problems , on 2004 i apply for an online couse to get my high school diploma and i have it but i dont know if i can used it for the dream act ...

If the school appears to be legitimate, accredited, etc., then it should be sufficient for your application for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).
