i have been in chicago for more that 21 years i did not finish high school due to personal problems , on 2004 i apply for an online couse to get my high school diploma and i have it but i dont know if i can used it for the dream act ...
The answer to your question depends on the school from which you received your high school diploma. Does the school have an accreditation, licenses, etc.? If the school appears to be legitimate, accredited, etc., then it should be sufficient for your application for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA). By the way, the "Dream Act" is not a law.
You should consult with an immigration attorney about the case, to have the best chance of success.
