Immigration new policy by obama?

i went to a immigration, and talk to them about the immigration issues, and my issue is when i was 14 or 15 i got caught steal at frys electronic, and the attorney said that it doesnt conflict with burglary, but as i read it also conflict larceny.. and im really nervous about this issues.. i know all the guide is not full shown, does anyone think i be disqualify? i am now 22 please help
