If you on parole and max out do you have to do the whole time or what

my friend violated parole and has 9 months left he went to parole board and they said he was to max out will he do his whole 9 months or will they let him go before that

    Answered . If the parole board already told him that he wil have to max out (unless he is exonerated at the hearing), then that means that by their calculation he will finish off his time in prison.
