If my driver's license says "not acceptable for federal use" can I apply for a restaurant job?

Asked almost 2 years ago - Germantown, MD

I have a final interview on Friday, which they asked me to bring my license. My drivers license is marked "not acceptable for federal use" can they question this and/or deny me because of this?

It would make no sense for them to deny you employment over this, but they do not have to be sensible.
