I94 Extension

My L1B visa already expired and I 94 valid till Sep 2013. Is there any option to apply for I94 extension for request for 1 month more stay instead of whole process for applying L1B extension.

    Answered . Not really, no. The only other option you have is to file for a change of status application and request a COS to B1/B2 status for a month. Will be difficult to obtain, unless give a good reason and can convince USCIS.
