I was fired from my job for tardiness will i win

i was fired for tardiness but my work performance was at high standards i dont believe thats whay i really was fired for that was jus a legitimate reason

Being at work on time can be a basis for termination. If you are an at-will employee, you can be fired for any reason or no reason, except unlawful discrimination.

If you do not have an employment contract or union to represent you, your recourse is limited.
