I was adopted as a young adult. is it legal to marry my adopted mother's son?adopted at age 23 and we never grew up together. is this legal?

according to family code section 2200 only incestuous relationships are voided. but if we did not grow up together or share the same biological parents is this still true since i am adopted by his mother?
