I'm sorry to hear that you have a difficult relationship with your daughter. Whether or not she wants to see you, you have an ongoing legal obligation to support your daughter. The law does not allow you to abandon your child, unless you are giving your child up for adoption to another adult or couple for the purposes of adoption.

You can give up your legal rights, but not your child support obligations, unless some one adopts the child.
