I want to get half of my exes pension/annuity. How is that calculated for 10years?

I know what amount he would draw as of last year from his pension. We were
married for 10years so I know that I am entitled to both his pension monies and annuity. I didn't know how it was figured out for me, for 10years of his pension. Could you please explain?
