I signed a lease on house and in it it says I am responsible for $50 of each/all repairs due to normal wear is that legal

    It is legal. It is not typical, at least in my area. It would be a red flag for me if I was thinking about renting.

  2. Yes, it is legal for the property owner and the tenant to agree in writing that the tenant is responsible for the first $50.00 of each repair or replacement that is necessary during the lease term.
