I received UI benfits from 5/7 until 6/15. Former employer is now appealing. If decision is reversed, do I have to repay UI?

This is how it works in some states. If a determination allowing benefits is reversed, an employee may be required to repay the benefits already received. If you were overpaid because of a departmental error, and you were not at fault, you may not have to repay the benefits.
