I received two moving violation tickets and DIV has reschedule twice . Can I request the tickets be dismissed ?

I reschedule the first time and DIV has since reschedule twice

    Answered . You can try but if the cop is there, the judge usually will not dismiss

    Answered . If the Officer shows up the Judge will likely not dismiss. If the Officer does not show up the Judge may dismiss.
