i need to appeal the custody case in florida but the court said it's to late but i was never given a date to apeal the case

what should i do about apealling the case

The date for an appeal begins to run upon the entry of a final order.

Online we cannot know what the other details are going on in your case because online we cannot find out those details. You need a lawyer. Check with a lawyer in your locale to discuss more of the details. Appeal deadlines are very strict. Doing an appeal alone is not recommended.
