I'm in the process of a divorce. If I file for bankruptcy, will my spouse's autos be considered as far as exemptions.
Asked in Phoenix, AZ - about 3 years
I am not on the title for any of his cars. I have my own with less than 5k equity. Will trustees look to take his autos with much more equity than 5k?
